Dressing Ingredients:
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup dijon mustard
- 2 tbs honey
- 1/4 apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Wesson Canola Oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse for about 1 minute or until dressing is creamy. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week for optimal freshness.
